The Venice-Simplon-Orient Express (VSOE) is a luxury train running from London and Paris to Venice. Created in 1982 from 1920 era carriages from Compagnie International de Wagons-Lits (original operators of the famed Paris-Istanbul Orient Express). The VSOE runs seasonally and offers classic luxury travel. To promote the opening of service in 1982, famous poster artist Pierre Fix-Masseau was commissioned to produced a series of posters promoting the event. Paris features a scene of Paris.
